Shipping Policy
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee of $200 for most bikes (excludes E-bikes). This includes professional disassembly, secure packaging, boxing, and insured shipping directly to your door. Every bike is fully insured for its full purchase value during transit.
Most in-stock bikes ship within 1–2 business days.
Please note:
• Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.
• We do not ship to freight forwarders
• Some oversized or heavyweight items may be subject to additional shipping or handling fees

Return & Exchange Policy
At NWProGear, our goal is to help you find the perfect bike, gear, and accessories that fit your lifestyle and needs. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Bikes (New, Refurbished):
* 14-day return window must be in the same condition as purchased.
* Choose between full store credit or an 85% refund (15% restocking fee applies).
* Bikes with visible wear dents, and scratches will not qualify for return
* E-bikes with over 50 miles may qualify for store credit only.
* Special Orders & Sale Items:
* No refunds on special orders, labor, or clearance items. Store credit may be available for sale items.
General Returns
• Standard Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for eligible items.
• Holiday Extended Returns: Purchases made between Nov 25 – Dec 26, 2024 can be returned until Jan 12, 2025.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
• A restocking fee may apply to certain items.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable) Items:
• Discounted/clearance merchandise
• Special orders
• Bike shorts, tights, leggings, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
